Warehouse Admin Clerk Job, Johannesburg, Gauteng

 

Responsibilities:

Operations:
• Documentation and capturing accuracy
• Daily closure of goods receipts and goods issued
• Ensure all relevant documentation is sent to clients as required

 

Administration:
• Data capture
• System knowledge
• Capturing of TATs
• Debrief documents captured and filed daily
• Receipt of POD documents
• NCA's correctly completed and sent to clients as required

 

Housekeeping and driver control:
• Workstations to be tidy, organised and clean at all times
• Ensure drivers are assisted timeously to not delay inbound or outbound TATs
• Ensure drivers are given correct documentation for outbound loads and sign appropriate documentation

 

Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Accellos system experience would be an advantage
