Full Job Description: 

Investment Administrator Job, Southern Suburbs, Western Cape, South Africa

Receive, collate and review all offshore instructions (investments, redemptions, payments, switch) for completeness and accuracy, and processing of same
• Investment transactions in respect of the purchase of foreign currency, transfer of funds to and from foreign bank accounts
• Preparation of transactions for processing into client accounting system (Fundamental)
• Adhoc processing of transactions in client accounting system (Fundamental)
• Processing of all broker changes
• Processing of all stock transfers
• Cash management and documentation compliance in respect of all offshore movements
• Review of bank statements, and all contract notes for completeness and accuracy
• Liaison with 3rd party and statutory bodies in relation to all queries relating to above
• Maintaining of contact details for all 3rd party particulars (ManCo’s and Platforms)
• Maintaining of updated 3rd party instruction forms
• Liaison with internal and external clients, and support departments as needed
• Client liaison: timeous response to attending to and resolving all queries; regular and ongoing feedback relating to progress and confirmation of finalisation of matters to internal and external clients
