Full Job Description: 

Our client is looking to hire a full time Financial Administrator on a 10 months' fixed term Internship contract. The primary responsibility of the Financial Administrator is to assist the Office / Financial Manager in all day to day activities of the Administration and Finance Office. The position reports to the Office / Financial Manager.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Creditors and Debtors;
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers and resolving queries;
  • Process travel and subsistence;
  • Invoicing;
  • Reconciliation of month end / Project accounts;
  • Track payments to suppliers;
  • Assist Office / Financial Manager in all the day to day activities of the Administration & Finance Office.  

  Additional skills and behaviours:

  • A BCom or related qualification, with Business Economics as subject;
  • Computer Literate – MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel experience;
  • An Accounting qualification would be advantageous;
  • The successful candidate must be hardworking with a high level of integrity;
  • Be willing to take responsibility for their work and contribute to the company culture and growth.
