Job Description:

Output 1:

Technical Administration – Client focus

Responsibilities:

  1. Receive and log all calls
  2. Corresponding with customers on status of repair, possible delays and completion dates
  3. Courtesy calls obtaining information on repairs done, possible future repairs and general status of equipment

Output 2:

Technical Administration – Accounts focus

Responsibilities:

  1. Track all supplier invoices and linking it to relevant jobcards
  2. Process jobcards which consists of costing, obtaining approvals and submission for invoicing.
  3. Tracking reports on monthly basis

Output 3:

Technical Administration – Admin focus

Responsibilities:

  1. Ability to direct technicians to various jobs
  2. Following up on completion of jobs
  3. Supply technical manager with weekly reports on (jobcard tracking, technicians hours and progress on department meeting targets
